Lead Civil Engineer for the construction of one new 4-story (with basement) residential building and two separate commercial buildings located in the City of Richland. We provided site grading, a site utility plan for domestic water, sewer, and storm water on site. Provided a final site plan which showed the layout of the project on this 2.63 acre site. Construction is expected to be completed in 2020.
