Lead Civil Engineer for a new 20,000 square foot multi-level dental/orthodontist building. The total cost for the construction is approximately $5.3 million.
Some challenges that we faced was balancing the on-site excavation, building retaining walls, and providing ADA access from the multi-story building. The construction will be completed in the spring of 2019.
